BLOCK PARTY

WASHINGTON TOWNSHIP (MERCER) NJ—Firefighters gave a fire prevention lecture to children at Saran Woods 4th of July Annual Block Party on Saturday July 1, 2000 while combining fun activities. Children received a tour of a fire engine with a fire prevention lecture. Later in the afternoon firefighters brought the department's brush truck and children were allowed to try out the trucks booster line and Indian tanks.
