Volunteer Truck Runs 4th MVA of the Day

Robbinsville Twp.- During the afternoon hours of a very wet, windy and busy day on October 25, firefighters were dispatched to the area of the New Jersey Turnpike overpass on I-195 for an MVA. Since Engine 402 was just getting off of the Turnpike from a previous accident and had to take exit 8 (Hightstown) to return to the station, Engine 401 lead by Lieutenant Krakowski responded to 195. Reports from County Dispatch were a single car into a pole MVA with unknown injuries. On arrival there was one car off the roadway at the NJTP West Bound Exit to 195 with a light pole ontop of it. No injuries were sustained by the driver and Eng. 401 cleared from the scene with in 15 minutes.
