I-195 Rollover Near New Jersey Turnpike
Washington Township (Mercer)—The Washington Township Fire
Department responded to an overturned pickup truck in the median on Interstate
195 near the New Jersey Turnpike Exit 7A at 8:22 a.m. Thursday May 24, 2007. The
vehicle was traveling west bound at the time of the accident and ended up mostly
in the median and partly in the east bound lanes closing one east bound lane
until the truck could be removed by NJDOT. Firefighters treated minor injuries
on scene and the occupants of the pickup truck did not want transport to the
hospital. The New Jersey State Police is investigating the crash.
