Brush Fire Behind Foxmoore Shopping Center
Washington Township (Mercer)- Firefighters responded to a report of a possible brush fire today (April 22) behind The Foxmoore Shopping Center. Upon investigation, a 50x50 area of brush was on fire. Acting officer, Charley Realmonte, requested that Brush 40 be dispatched along with Brush 12 (Mercerville Fire Company) and Brush 43 (West Windsor). Crews extinguished the fire with 2 1/2 watercan extinguishers with in minutes.
