Multi-vehicle Crash on NJ Turnpike

 

        Washington Township (Mercer)--The Washington Township Fire Department responded to a multi-vehicle crash on the NJ Turnpike on October 24, 2005. The accident happened at mile marker 63.6 North Bound when a tractor-trailer, flat bed truck and 2 sport utility vehicles collided. The collision with the tractor-trailer caused significant damage and injures to the occupants of the vehicles. The Washington Township Fire Department transported the most critical patient to Capital Health System at Fuld's trauma center in Trenton, and Allentown First Aid Squad and Robert Wood Johnson Hospital ambulances transported others to Robert Wood Johnson Hospital at Hamilton. NJ State Police are investigating the accident.
