Accident Route 130 and Route 33

Washington Township (Mercer)--The Washington Township Fire Department responded to a two car motor vehicle accident at 5:17 p.m. on Monday June 13, 2005. The accident occurred on Route 130 South Bound at the intersection of Route 33 in the construction area of the "Robbinsville Bypass" when one car rear ended another car. The driver of one of the cars was treated by fire department personnel and transported to Robert Wood Johnson University Hospital at Hamliton. Traffic South Bound on Route 130 was backed up at least 2 miles during the rush hour causing  a major traffic delay. The Washington Township Police Department is investigating the crash.
