Windsor Township (Mercer)--Washington Township Fire Department
provided mutual aid to East Windsor Township on Wednesday April 5,
2005. Crews responded to a house with mulch burning on the exterior.
It is believed that careless smoking may have caused the fire when a
lit cigarette tossed in the mulch ignited the fire. The burning mulch
caused damage to the electrical service of the house.
