WASHINGTON TOWNSHIP - An Allentown woman who is six months pregnant was seriously injured yesterday when her car was struck by a box truck at Routes 130 and 526, police said.

At 11:40 a.m., Susan Robbins, 32, was westbound on Route 526 when her car was struck broadside by a truck being driven south on Route 130 by Miguel Rojas, 30, of Astoria, N.Y., police said.

Police and firefighters found Robbins pinned in her car and unconscious. The township fire department freed and transported her to Capital Health System at Fuld hospital in Trenton with the assistance of Mercer County paramedics.

Robbins was later transferred to Thomas Jefferson University Hospital in Philadelphia, police said. Rojas was treated and released from Robert Wood Johnson University Hospital at Hamilton.
