No injuries when pickup truck cuts pole in half
Washington Twp (Mercer)---A man driving a pickup tuck lost control and cut a pole in half in the area of 441 Gordon Road on January 30, 2002. Firefighters responded on Engine 402 and Rescue 140-10 to the scene to close the road and check for injuries. The road was closed for a few hours until GPU could remove the wires and replace the pole. The Washington Township Police Department is investigating the cause of the accident.
