Overturned Truck I-195

WASHINGTON TOWNSHIP (MERCER)--A dump truck overturned, spilling its load of gravel on Interstate 195 on Monday August 26, 2002. The accident happened at 7:30 a.m. and caused major traffic delays on the highway. The truck hit the median and swerved, spilling gravel near mile marker 7.5 shutting down 2 lanes until 10 a.m. The driver suffered minor injuries and was treated by the Washington Township Fire Department.
