JERSEY AND SOUTHEAST PENNSYLVANIA...INCLUDING THE FOLLOWING
AREAS...IN NORTHERN DELAWARE...NEW CASTLE. IN NORTHEAST
MARYLAND...CECIL. IN NEW JERSEY...CAMDEN...GLOUCESTER...
HUNTERDON...MERCER...MIDDLESEX...MORRIS...NORTHWESTERN
BURLINGTON...SALEM...SOMERSET AND WESTERN MONMOUTH. IN
SOUTHEAST PENNSYLVANIA...BUCKS...CHESTER...DELAWARE...
MONTGOMERY AND PHILADELPHIA.

* FROM SATURDAY AFTERNOON THROUGH LATE SATURDAY NIGHT

* TROPICAL STORM HANNA IS LOCATED 200 MILES EAST OF THE BAHAMA
ISLANDS THURSDAY AFTERNOON. IT IS EXPECTED TO MOVE NORTHWEST
TONIGHT AND FRIDAY AND THEN ALONG THE MIDDLE ATLANTIC COAST
SATURDAY THROUGH SUNDAY. IT IS EXPECTED TO BRING 3 TO 5 INCHES
OF RAIN TO THE WATCH AREA SATURDAY INTO SATURDAY NIGHT. THESE
RAINFALL TOTALS HAVE THE POTENTIAL TO PRODUCE AREAS OF
FLOODING ACROSS THE AREA.

* IN THE FLOOD WATCH AREA... ROADS AND POOR DRAINAGE AREAS MAY
BECOME FLOODED. ALSO... SMALL CREEKS AND STREAMS MAY RUN HIGH
OR GO OUT OF THEIR BANKS WITH THIS EVENT.

YOU SHOULD MONITOR LATER FORECASTS AND BE ALERT FOR POSSIBLE
FLOOD WARNINGS. THOSE LIVING IN AREAS PRONE TO FLOODING SHOULD BE
PREPARED TO TAKE ACTION SHOULD FLOODING DEVELOP

Tonight: Mostly clear, with a low around 65. South wind between 5 and 8 mph becoming calm.

Friday: Mostly sunny, with a high near 87. Calm wind becoming south between 7 and 10 mph.

Friday Night: A chance of rain and thunderstorms, then rain likely and possibly a thunderstorm after 10pm. Some of the storms could produce heavy rainfall. Cloudy, with a low around 69. South wind between 9 and 11 mph. Chance of precipitation is 70%. New rainfall amounts between a quarter and half of an inch possible.

Saturday: Rain and possibly a thunderstorm. Some of the storms could produce heavy rainfall. High near 77. Breezy, with a southeast wind between 16 and 25 mph. Chance of precipitation is 80%. New rainfall amounts between one and two inches possible.

Saturday Night: Rain likely and possibly a thunderstorm before 2am, then a chance of rain and thunderstorms after 2am. Cloudy, with a low around 65. Breezy, with a north wind 21 to 24 mph decreasing to between 13 and 16 mph. Chance of precipitation is 70%. New rainfall amounts between two and three inches possible.

Sunday: A slight chance of showers before 10am. Mostly cloudy, with a high near 82. Chance of precipitation is 20%.

Sunday Night: Partly cloudy, with a low around 62.

Monday: Mostly sunny, with a high near 81.

Monday Night: A chance of showers and thunderstorms. Partly cloudy, with a low around 62. Chance of precipitation is 30%.

Tuesday: A chance of showers and thunderstorms. Mostly cloudy, with a high near 79. Chance of precipitation is 30%.

Tuesday Night: A chance of showers. Mostly cloudy, with a low around 60. Chance of precipitation is 30%.

.DAY ONE...THIS AFTERNOON AND TONIGHT.

HAZARDOUS WEATHER NOT EXPECTED AT THIS TIME.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...THURSDAY THROUGH TUESDAY.

TROPICAL STORM HANNA IS FORECAST TO BECOME A HURRICANE BEFORE
MAKING LANDFALL SOMEWHERE IN THE SOUTHEASTERN UNITED STATES LATER
THIS WEEK. HANNA IS THEN FORECAST TO MOVE NORTHWARD AND MOVE TO
OUR VICINITY ON SATURDAY. WHILE THERE IS SOME UNCERTAINTY
REGARDING THE STRENGTH, TRACK AND TIMING OF HANNA, THERE IS THE
POTENTIAL IT COULD BRING HEAVY RAIN, GUSTY WINDS AND STRONG
THUNDERSTORMS TO OUR AREA. AS OF NOW, SATURDAY AND SATURDAY NIGHT
APPEAR TO BE THE TIMES WHEN THE SYSTEM IMPACTS OUR AREA THE MOST.
